5 "Best Places to Live" are in the Twin Cities Metro

According to the September issue of CNN Money Magazine, the Twin Cities Metro is home to 5 of the top 25 best small town places to live.  This is the highest concentration of towns in the 25 list. Eden Prairie ranked 3rd behind Carmel, IN and McKinney, TX.  Woodbury was ranked 11th, Eagan 14th, Lakeville 19th  And Maple Grove was 22nd.  Franklin, NJ rounded out the top 25.
