What does support mean to you? Assuming you are like every other agent I’ve ever talked to, it’s NOT being micro-managed.
Our approach is to make it customizable. YOU determine the level of coaching and support you need at any given time. Feel like you need a little more accountability to help you reach your goals? Okay, we can do that. Want the broker to just send your leads and get out of your way? We can do that, too, and anything in between. Plus, we don’t drag you into the office every week for meetings. We know your time is valuable and we want you to spend in with clients or marketing for them.
That said, with all of our fancy tools and technology (both for the consumer and the agents) training is vital. You need to be able to help your prospects navigate our websites, as well as make the most of the tools we provide you in order manage your time effectively.
You’ll also need the benefit of our years of knowledge about the Internet Consumer and how to attract, connect and close them.
Plus, you need to be brought up to speed when there are changes in the way we do business, changes in our MLS, changes in mortgage products....you get the picture. It’s a never-ending need. Our brokers work together with a host of others to keep you up to speed, so you can keep moving forward. And so can your business.
Of course, there’s always that time when you need your broker’s attention. Like at 9:00 on a Saturday night when you’re writing a tricky purchase agreement or another problem pops up. Our brokers will take your call and make sure you have the help and guidance you need to move forward confidently.
