The Paperwork Your Will Need
Your loan officer will need last year’s W2’s and tax returns, your last two months of bank statements (all accounts) and your last 30 days of pay stubs when you meet with them. If they ask for additional documentation, provide it quickly and completely. This helps them do the best job for you.
