Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a consultant for land owners.  I analyzed their property for potential development and assisted them in the process of negotiating with developers.  Before I was a consultant, I was a Senior Land Acquisition Specialist for a local residential and commercial developer.  I have had the privilege meeting numerous land owners and assisting them in making life changing decisions.
