Dear Friend,

After obtaining a masters degree and working in business administration in the Not For Profit sector for 15 years, I began working in the Real Estate industry as a salesperson.   Soon afterwards, I earned a Broker's license and have been working as a Broker Associate ever since.  That was about 10 years ago and even though this is a very challenging industry it is one that suits me well.

Real Estate transactions are becoming more and more complicated every day and that is why it is helpful for you to work with a Realtor as you work towards achieving your Real Estate Goals.  Whether buying or selling, I have the experience to help you through the process.

My office is located in Menomonie and my work area encompasses Dunn County and the surrounding Chippewa Valley.  If you need a referral for an agent outside of that area I am also able to help you.

Financing a purchase is a big part of most transactions; especially in the type of market that we are currently experiencing.  Therefore, I also work closely with loan officer's to help coordinate the process from looking for a property all the way through closing the sale.
