    I am a full time real estate agent with the Century 21 Premier Group.  I am a full service agent representing both buyers and sellers primarily in residential real estate.   My full service commission fee is only 5.4% with a  5% option if you also use me as your buyer's agent.  I carry the SFR designation which stands for Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist.  I am also a Talking House Agent.  I am married and have three adult children and three wonderful grand children.  I have lived in the South Metro area for the past 36 years.  I am a retired school teacher and coach.  I am active in my church and list my hobbies as golfing, fishing and watching sports.  Honestly and integrity are the two words I strive to abide by in representing my clients.
