Getting to Closing

Once an offer has been received, negotiated and accepted you are only half way to closing. Your agent will recommend title companies for you to use (your agent will be of assistance here), most likely the buyer will have a home inspections which might re-open negotiations, your agent will need to communicate with the buyers lender until a “clear to close”, there will be a final walk thru just before closing.
