Professional Background

Having owned and managed business for now over 40 years ( I started at very young age) I have had the opportunity to be involved with both public and privately held business both in and outside the real estate industry.

Involved in the development of over 1500 franchises with hundreds of millions in sales and thousand of employees in scores of industries, one of the most important take aways from this experience is a true commitment to client service and meeting the needs of today's consumer.

Consumers have changed the real estate industry as they have discovered the power of the internet to research properties, loans and other services associated with our industry.  However, this is a business of families selling or purchasing homes from other families, where the human business experience is very important.

These are the lessons I try and bring to the real estate agents working for our firm.

I have had the opportunity to serve the Episcopal Church in Minnesota and the Cathedral of St. Mark in several leadership positions including membership on the Executive Committee of St. Mark's ( managing board) , Junior Warden of the  St. Mark's Executive Committee, Chairman of the Marketing Committee, Member of the Bishop's Commission on Mission Strategy and the IX Bishop of Minnesota Search Committee.
