Involved in the development of over 1500 franchises with hundreds of millions in sales and thousand of employees in scores of industries, one of the most important take aways from this experience is a true commitment to client service and meeting the needs of today's consumer.
Consumers have changed the real estate industry as they have discovered the power of the internet to research properties, loans and other services associated with our industry. However, this is a business of families selling or purchasing homes from other families, where the human business experience is very important.
