For the week ending May 26th, for the most part buyer activity was higher than last year while listings activity registered lower than last year.

For the Twin Cities region (13 county Metro) New Listings decreased 8.5% to 1,387; Pending Sales increased 19.2% to 1,231;  Inventory of homes for sale decreased almost 30% to 17,740 homes for sale.

Median Sales price increased 12.1% to $162,500; Days on market decreased 15% to 135 days; Months Supply of Inventory decreased over 40% to 4.8 months, a really low number.
