As a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, I grew up in a large family of nine girls. My childhood home was a two-family home, which our family managed to fill entirely! As part of a large family that struggled at times to make ends meet, I learned the value of family ties, hard work, the simple pleasures of life, and the importance of a place to call home.
After putting myself through college and graduate school, I settled in the Twin Cities and started my career in research for 3M. During that time I earned several patents and contributed to the development of an innovative medical imaging film product. After marrying my husband and starting a family, I focused more of my time and energy at home. It was during this time that I became involved in local government, where I served two terms as a St. Croix County Supervisor and am now serving a third term as aldersperson on the Hudson City Council. For three years I served as council president and have been appointed to the Finance, Public Safety and Public Works committees.
Working as a real estate agent allows me the opportunity to apply my knowledge of the area, research experience, problem solving ability and love for helping people reach their goals. It is truly a rewarding experience to help clients with their very first home purchase, move up to a larger home as their family grows, or sell their lifelong investment and home. No matter the phase of life you find yourself in, I look forward to helping you reach your personal goal.
Buying and selling a home takes a team effort...you and your agent. Let me team up with you for a truly enjoyable and successful home buying or selling experience!
